Refund policy

At Drujki.bg, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase. If you have changed your mind or the product does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal

When you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the courier, receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

We recommend submitting your notification in writing by email so that you have proof of the notification.

Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the necessary instructions.

Do not send returns with cash on delivery. Such shipments will not be accepted.

Condition of the Product

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please return the product in a condition that allows it to be resold.

We recommend returning the product:

unused;
without damage caused by use;
with all accessories included in the package;
in its original packaging, where possible.

The absence of the original packaging alone does not deprive the consumer of their right of withdrawal.

If the product has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the consumer may be liable for any diminished value of the product in accordance with applicable law.

Return Costs

If you withdraw from the purchase by your choice, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

If the reason for the return is an incorrect product, defect, or other non-conformity for which Drujki.bg is responsible, please contact us before sending the product back.

In these cases, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, where such costs have been paid by the Customer.

We do not refund any additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For this purpose, the Customer must provide the necessary bank details.

Refusal Upon Delivery

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, please notify Drujki.bg using the method described in this policy.

If you wish to return a product that has already been received, please first contact us at drujki.bg@gmail.com to receive instructions.

Do not send the product back with cash on delivery.

Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery

When receiving your parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the product.

If there are visible signs of damage, you may use Speedy's "Open Before Pay" service, where available for the specific shipment, to inspect the contents before accepting the parcel.
